Title |
RNA-seq profiling of fibroblasts isolated from two distinct lung metastases stages and from normal lungs |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
We found that fibroblasts derived from lung metastases display specific gene signatures related to distinct functional enrichments, including stress, ECM remodelling, and inflammation.

|
Overall design |
Fibroblasts were isolated from lungs of MMTV-PyMT;Col1a1-YFP mice at defined metastatic stages (micro-metastases, macro-metastases), and from age-matched normal control mice (FVB/n;Col1a1-YFP mice). RNA was isolated and RNA-seq was performed.
