Summary To gain insights into global gene expression regulated by PHF20L1, RNA sequencing (RNA-Seq) experiments were performed in MDA-MB-231 cells using siRNA against PHF20L1 and control.
 
Overall design mRNA profiles of MDA-MB-231 cells under different treaments were generated by deep sequencing, in triplicate, using Illumina HiSeq 2000.
