Summary We report RNA sequencing data from tibialis anterior muscles of 4 month old male wild type C57Bl/6 mice and mdx/mTR mice (generated in the C57Bl/6 background), which lack the dystrophin and telomerase RNA component genes.
 
Overall design Differential expression of mRNAs were evaluated between the tibialis anterior muscles of C57Bl/6 and mdx/mTR mice
