Title TRAP from CA1 pyramidal neurons and cerebellar granule cells in Fmr1 KO and wildtype mice
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Other
Summary TRAP (translating ribosome affinity purification) from CA1 pyramidal neurons and cerebellar granule cells in wildtype and Fmr1 KO littermate pairs. These data show a global downregulation of FMRP targets in Fmr1 KO mice in these cell types.

Overall design TRAP (translating ribosome affinity purification) from CA1 pyramidal neurons and cerebellar granule cells. For each cell type, 3 biological replicates of total mRNA (input) from WT and Fmr1 KO littermate pairs and ribosome-bound transcripts (TRAP) from the same animals were sequencing.
