Title |
TRAP from CA1 pyramidal neurons and cerebellar granule cells in Fmr1 KO and wildtype mice |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Other
|
Summary |
TRAP (translating ribosome affinity purification) from CA1 pyramidal neurons and cerebellar granule cells in wildtype and Fmr1 KO littermate pairs. These data show a global downregulation of FMRP targets in Fmr1 KO mice in these cell types.

Overall design |
TRAP (translating ribosome affinity purification) from CA1 pyramidal neurons and cerebellar granule cells. For each cell type, 3 biological replicates of total mRNA (input) from WT and Fmr1 KO littermate pairs and ribosome-bound transcripts (TRAP) from the same animals were sequencing.
