Overall design |
tdTomato+ cells were FACS-isolated from embryonic day 13.5 (E13.5) hind limbs of Col2a1-cre; R26R-tdTomato+ mice. 18,000 cells were loaded onto 10X Genomic Chromium Single Cell Expression Solution version 2. platform. cDNA was sequenced by Illumina HiSeq4000.
