Title |
WRN knockout effects upon gene expression in SW48 and OVK18 |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
To determine gene expression changes upon CRISPR/Cas9-mediated WRN knockout in SW48 and OVK18. 72 hours after transduction of sgRNA into Cas9 expressing cells, RNA was harvested and submitted for sequencing.

|
Overall design |
Cas9 expressing SW48 and OVK18 cells were transduced with either a negative control sgRNA targeting an intergenic region of chromosome 2 (sgCh2-2), or one of two sgRNAs targeting WRN (sgWRN2, sgWRN3)
