Title |
RNA-sequencing analysis to investigate genes regulated by CASZ1 in C2C12 cells |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
In this study we identified genes regulated by CASZ1b in C2C12 cells
|
|
|
Overall design |
1) RNA was isolated from C2C12 cells that transfected with empty vector (EV), CASZ1a or CASZ1b and cultured in regular growth medium for 48 hr; 2) RNA was isolated from C2C12 cells that stably transfected with shCtrl or shCasz1 and cultured in differentiation medium for 48 hr.
