Summary |
Using the highly sensitive miRCURYTM LNA Array, we screened 2081 microRNAs abundant 10 colorectal cancer (CRC) tissues and their corresponding normal-appearing tissues (NATs), and the function of differentially expressed microRNAs were analyzed by bioinformatics. The enrichment results indicated that these microRNAs perhaps participated in the occurrence and development process of colorectal cancer.

Overall design |
In this study, ten cases of colrectal cancer (CRC) tissues and their corresponding normal-appearing tissues (NATs) were used to acquire the microRNA expression profiling. The function of the differentially expressed microRNA were analyzed by bioinformatic methods. Finally, compared with the NATs,the expression of 341 microRNAs were up regulated, and 95 microRNAS were down regulated in colorectal cancer.
