Title RNA-Seq of blood in preterm infants with Bronchopulmonary dysplasia.
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary RNA-Seq of peripheral blood at 36 weeks post-menstrual age, the time BPD was diagnosed. Using this we identified more than 400 genes that were significantly changed in BPD infants compared to controls.

Overall design RNA-Seq of peripheral blood from 21 infants, 11 with BPD and 10 age matched controls. Samples collected at birth and again at 36 weeks post menstrual age.
