Title Haemophilus influenzae responds to the steroid beclomethasone used in asthma therapy by modulation of biofilm formation and antibiotic tolerance
Organism Haemophilus influenzae Rd KW20
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary Haemophilus influenzae responds to the steroid beclomethasone used in asthma therapy by modulation of biofilm formation and antibiotic tolerance

Overall design mRNA profiles of H. influenzae Rd KW20 strains (wild type, HI0628 mutant, wild type with beclomethoasome and HI0628 mutant with beclomethoasome) were generated by deep sequencing, in triplicate, using Illumina MiSeq.
