Title Genome-wide expression profiling of Uhrf1hepKO mouse livers at baseline and following PHx
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary This study was carried out to investigate the mechanism behind the enhanced liver regenerative response observed in Uhrf1hepKO mice. Livers was collected at baseline and at 24hrs, 30hrs, 40hrs, 48hrs, 96hrs, 7days and 4 weeks following 2/3 partial hepatectomy surgery (PHx). These timepoints correspond to key cell cycle events that occur following PHx as established in literature.

Overall design RNA was extracted using column based methods (Zymo DNA/RNA Duet Kit). Libraries were prepared according to Illumina Truseq RNA sample prep kit (PolyA)
