Title |
Genome-wide profiling for h3k4me3, h3k27me3, and h3k9me3 in Uhrf1hepKO mouse livers |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
This study was carried out to investigate potential changes in the genome-wide distribution of h3k4me3, h3k27me3, and h3k9me3 in Uhrf1hepKO mouse livers compared to wild-type.

|
Overall design |
ChIP was carried out to pull down h3k4me3, h3k27me3, or h3k9me3 bound chromatin from nuclei isolated from wild-type and Uhrf1hepKO liver tissues. This chromatin fraction was then digested using micrococcal nuclease to release mononucleosomes. DNA fragments purified from nucleosomes were then used to generate libraries and sequenced.
