Title |
Effect of SARM1 deficiency on mouse brain transcriptome with or without prion infection |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
To study the effect of SARM1 deficiency on brain transcriptome, we performed RNAsequencing of the brain of SARM1-/- mice and their wild type (C57BL/6J) littermates with or without prion infection. We analyzed differential gene expression.

|
Overall design |
RNAsequencing on brain mRNA of SARM1-/- and wild type littermates (2 month-old for uninfected, 6 month-old for prion-infected, n=4 per genotype).
