Title Effect of SARM1 deficiency on mouse brain transcriptome with or without prion infection

Summary To study the effect of SARM1 deficiency on brain transcriptome, we performed RNAsequencing of the brain of SARM1-/- mice and their wild type (C57BL/6J) littermates with or without prion infection. We analyzed differential gene expression.
 
Overall design RNAsequencing on brain mRNA of SARM1-/- and wild type littermates (2 month-old for uninfected, 6 month-old for prion-infected, n=4 per genotype).
