Overall design |
Overexpressing-TRIB1 DU145 and PC3 cell lines were constructed. Detection of transcriptional changes in 2 cell lines.Repeat 2 times for each cell.Differently expressed genes (DEGs) were identified by cutoff with Ilog2(FoldChange)I> 1 and padj (Corrected Pvalue) < 0.05. KEGG\GO and PPIs analysis should be done.
