Title |
VD3-VDR axis regulates the homeostasis and function of alveolar macrophage [RNA-Seq LPS] |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
Purpose: To understand the regulation of gene expression of alveolar macrophages by VD3-VDR axis
|
|
|
Overall design |
Fresh isolated WT alveolar macropahges (AM) were treated with LPS (100ng/mL) or LPS plus 50 nM Vitamin D3 in vitro for 4hrs. RNA was isolated and purified by Qiagen Rneasy micro kit and applied to RNAseq.
