To characterize a novel human ILC2 subset found in peripheral blood, RNAseq was performed. Other ILC subsets from blood and tonsil were also included.

ILC subsets were sort purified, and immediately lysed for RNA extraction. RNAseq was performed using SmartSeq technology.
