Summary |
This dataset describes the transcriptomic profiling by mRNA-seq of head tissues of E10.5 control or ectopically Cdx2-expressing embryos. Each condition was analyzed in 3 heads to address the role of Cdx2 in embryonic axis determination.

Overall design |
Embryonic head samples (E10.5) from control mice and mice engineered for inducible expression of Cdx2 in the anterior epiblast at gastrulation were tested by RNASeq (3 embryos for each condition), resulting in a total of 6 samples. The pregnant females were intraperitoneally injected once with Tamoxifen at 2mg in corn oil at day 6.5 post coitum.
