Title |
C5aR1 regulates T-follicular-helper differentiation and chronic graft-versus-host disease bronchiolitis obliterans |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
The goal of the study was to determine the effect of T cell expressed C5ar1 on transcriptional profiles of in vivo generated allogeneic T follicular helper cells
|
|
|
Overall design |
10 million CD8 depleted spleen cells from WT or C5aR1-deficient donors were injected into (bxd)F1 recipients and 7 days later donor CXCR5, PD1hi cells were flow sorted and sequenced. Side by side control samples of naïve WT and C5ar1 deficient CD4 cells were included
