Title Global characterization of myeloid cells in murine lung cancer models by single-cell seqencing

Summary We characterized myeloid cell populations in murine lung cancer models by single-cell sequencing. These data were in line with our previous findings about myeloid cell subsets in tumor microenvironment.
 
Overall design The gene expression profiles of 3501 cells from murine LLC lung cancer models was generated by BD Rhapsody Single-Cell Analysis System and Illumina NextSeq.
