Title T cell regeneration from pluripotent stem cells by defined transcription factors [T cells [CD4 and CD8])

Summary We established a de novo approach of generating T cells from mouse ESC/iPSC by defined transcription factors.
 
Overall design mRNA profiles of two T-cell types, 1000 of each cell type was sorted for RNAseq analysis according to kit instruction of Discover-sc WTA Kit V2(Vazyme) and TruePrepTM  DNA Library Prep Kit V2 (Vazyme), using Illumina NextSeq500.
