Overall design |
To investigate the gene exoression changes for the elimination of leukemia cells after Dox inducible Yamanaka factors (Oct4,Sox2,Klf4,c-Myc) expression, we sorted GFP+ MLL-AF9 acute myeloid leukemia cells (MLL-AF9) from leukemic mice and normal c-kit+ cells (WT) from 4F transgenic mice. Leukemia cells and ckit+ cells were sorted from distinct groups at different time points
