Overall design |
RNA-Seq was performed on liver RNA isolated from individual mice 3 hr or 6 hr after treatment with TCPOBOP or PCN. The corresponding untreated mice livers were included in GEO series GSE66140, namely GSM1612431 (liver G81_M1) as control for G81_M3 and G81_M5; GSM1612432 (liver G81_M2) as control for G81_M4 and G81_M6; GSM1612433 (liver G81_M7) as control for G81_M9 and G81_M10; samples GSM1612759-GSM1612761 for the G86 series; and samples GSM1612774-GSM1612776 for the G95 series.
