Title |
Pomalidomide inhibits PD-L1 induction to promote anti-tumor immunity |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
We examined genome-wide how pomalidomide affects IFN-gamma-induced PD-L1 expression in human melanoma cell line.

|
|
Overall design |
RNA-Seq of SK-MEL-624 cells treated with or without IFN-gamma as well as pomalidomide.. Total RNA was extracted using RNAqueous® Micro Kit (Invitrogen, Waltham MA) as the manufacturer instruction. RNA library preparation and sequencing were conducted by the Genomics and Microarray Core at University of Colorado Cancer Center. The 151bp single-end fastq files generated from Illumina HiSeq 4000 platform were aligned to the UCSC human hg19 reference genome using the STAR 2.4.0 RNA-seq aligner.
