Title |
Genome wide RNA-seq of wild-type and Safa-/- BMDMs upon HSV-1 infection. |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
SAFA deficiency affects various gene expression upon HSV-1 infection.
|
|
|
Overall design |
Wild-type and Safa-/- BMDMs (bone-marrow-derived macrophages cells) were infected with HSV-1 (herpes simplex virus type 1) for 6 hours. Genome wide RNA-Seq screen was performed to detect differential gene expression.
