Title Comparative gene expression analysis between wild-type (WT) and Cables2-deficient epiblast-like cells (EpiLCs).

Summary We found that Cables2 physically interacts with Smad2 and beta-catenin, and enhances their transcriptional activities. To identify the target genes that are regulated by Cables2 together with Smad2 and/or beta-catenin, we conducted a comparatvie RNA-seq experiment between WT- and Cables2-deficient EpiLCs.
 
Overall design mRNA expression profiles of WT- and Cables2-deficient EpiLCs were generated by RNA sequencing using the NextSeq 500 (Illumina)
