Summary |
We found that Cables2 physically interacts with Smad2 and beta-catenin, and enhances their transcriptional activities. To identify the target genes that are regulated by Cables2 together with Smad2 and/or beta-catenin, we conducted a comparatvie RNA-seq experiment between WT- and Cables2-deficient EpiLCs.
