Overall design |
HeLa total RNA was supplied in the Ion Total RNA-Seq Kit v2, 12-Reaction Kit (Life technologies, Cat. no. 4475936) for preparing cDNA library. cDNA library preparation and sequencing were performed on Ion Torrent, and preliminary data acquisition and preprocessing was performed in house.
