Summary Three independent repeats of siRNA knockdown of CEBPA, followed by 24h vitamin D treatment, RNA extraction and RNA-seq.
 
Overall design THP-1 cells were transfected for 24h with either negative control siRNA or siRNA against transcription factor gene CEBPA, followed by 24h treatment with vitamin D or solvent (EtOH) before performing RNA extraction and RNA-seq.
