Title |
Integrated analysis of a compendium of RNA-Seq data reveals putative master splicing factors underlying Rett syndrome and thermogenesis |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
Cold exposed mice were studied to investigate the genes changed in cold-induced thermogenesis.
|
|
|
Overall design |
Brown adipose tissue and subcutaneous WAT were dissected from mice that were treated in thermo-neutral (30 C) and cold temperature (4 degrees) for 72 hours. Total 12 samples with three replicates for each condition.
