Title Integrated analysis of a compendium of RNA-Seq data reveals putative master splicing factors underlying Rett syndrome and thermogenesis
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary Cold exposed mice were studied to investigate the genes changed in cold-induced thermogenesis.

Overall design Brown adipose tissue and subcutaneous WAT were dissected from mice that were treated in thermo-neutral (30 C) and cold temperature (4 degrees) for 72 hours. Total 12 samples with three replicates for each condition.
