Title |
RNA-sequencing of primary intestinal epithelial cells from wild-type mice |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
This dataset consists of RNA-sequencing of isolated mouse intestinal epithelial cells. Intestinal epithelial cells were isolated from C57BL/6 wild-type mice in our SPF facility at 4 weeks and 8 weeks of age. The goal of this study was to understand the patterns of gene expression in these cells under homeostatic conditions.

Overall design |
Intestinal epithelial cells were isolated from the small intestines and colons of wild-type mice and RNA was prepared for RNA-sequencing. For each tissue, IECs were isolated from 2 mice aged 4 weeks and 2 mice aged 8 weeks.
