Title RNA-sequencing of primary intestinal epithelial cells from wild-type mice
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary This dataset consists of RNA-sequencing of isolated mouse intestinal epithelial cells. Intestinal epithelial cells were isolated from C57BL/6 wild-type mice in our SPF facility at 4 weeks and 8 weeks of age. The goal of this study was to understand the patterns of gene expression in these cells under homeostatic conditions.

Overall design Intestinal epithelial cells were isolated from the small intestines and colons of wild-type mice and RNA was prepared for RNA-sequencing. For each tissue, IECs were isolated from 2 mice aged 4 weeks and 2 mice aged 8 weeks.
