Title Transcriptome analysis on TDP-43 downstream genes in Tardbp KO mice by Next Generation Sequencing

Summary TDP-43 has been reported to be RNA-binding proteins; however their roles in mammary gland development has not been examined previously. Here, we performed RNA-seq on mammary gland of WT and Tardbp KO mice at lactation day 1.
 
Overall design The mammary gland of of WT and Tardbp KO mice at lactation day 1 were achieved.Then, RNA-seq was performed to study the effect of Tardbp KO.
