Summary |
We analyzed RNA-seq of regulatory T cells recovered from DSS-colitis mice. We also transduced Sox12 gene into CD4 T cells and analyzed transcriptome.

Overall design |
Two separate experiments: 1. RNA were purified from regulatory T cells from non-treat mice or mice drinking 3% DSS water. 2. RNA were purified from CD4 T cells transduced with either mock vector or Sox12 vector.
