Title |
IRF1 regulates IFN dependent and independent gene expression |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
We report the RNA sequencig results for the constitutive and IFN inducible gene expression in respiratory epithelial cell line (BEAS-2B). We generated IRF1 KO BEAS-2B cells using CRISPR method. Parent and IRF1 KO cells were treated with IFNβ or IFNλ1 for 24h and subjected for RNA isolation and sequencing in Illumina platform. Three independent biological experiments were used for RNA sequenccing.

Overall design |
Examination of constitutive and interferon inducible transcriptome by Illumina NGS. Tripliate biological experiments were used to compare the differential gene expression between parental cells to that of IRF1 KO cells.
