Title |
Effect of estrogen (E2) treatment on the C4-12 relative to the MCF7 cells |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
To confirm the effect of estrogen, through the estrogen receptor, on cell cycle progression and to identify the key molecules that play an important role in this regulation, MCF-7aro (ER+ cell line) and C4-12ERaERE (ER lacking cell line stably transfected with ERaERE) were used for RNAseq analysis. Processed data includes new data for C4-12 samples as well as re-processed data from SRP035276.

Overall design |
6 new C4-12 samples were analyzed (3 control and 3 E2 treated). Same design as for subset of MCF7aro SRP035276 re-processed samples, in addition to Paroxetine and Paroxetine+E2 treatments.
