Title Bulk RNA sequencing of VE-Cadherin+GFP+, VE-Cadherin- GFP+ and VE-Cadherin+GFP- populations from E11.5 miR144/451+/GFP mouse yolk sac.
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary The aim of the experiment was to compare a newly defined population VE-Cadherin+GFP+ to control populations, VE-Cadherin- GFP+ and VE-Cadherin+GFP-.

Overall design Yolk sacs from E11.5 miR144/451+/GFP mouse embryos were isolated and single cell suspensions were generated. Cells were stained with the anti-VE-Cadherin antibody and 24 VE-Cadherin+GFP+ cells (n=2), 25 VE-Cadherin- GFP+ cells (n=3) and 25 VE-Cadherin+GFP- cells (n=3) were sorted by flow cytometry. The SMART-Seq 2 method was then used to produce cDNA from these eight samples. Sequencing libraries were generated and were later sequenced together on the Illumina Next Seq 500 sequencer.
