Title MicroRNAs reinforce repression of PRC2 transcriptional targets independently and through a feed-forward regulatory network with PRC2 [RNA-seq]
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary We performed RNA-seq to identify differentially expressed genes in response to knockout of EZH2 and global miRNA knockdown (VP55 overexpressed) in T98G Glioblastoma multiforme cells.

Overall design RNA-seq in WT and EZH2-/- T98G cells and VP55 overexpressed WT and EZH2-/- T98G cells.
