Title NSD2 is a conserved driver of metastatic prostate cancer progression.
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary Analysis of transcriptome of FACS isolated cancer cells from prostate primary tumors and metastasis from NPK GEM models

Overall design Prostate tissue or tumor from pre-metastatic; post-metastatic; and lung, liver and lymph node metastasis from Nkx3.1CreERT2/+ ;Ptenflox/flox;KrasLSL-G12D/+ mice was harvested, and snap frozen for subsequent molecular analysis. Tumors had been induced by tamoxifen (100mg/kg oral gavage) induced recombination at 2 months of age.
Total RNA obtained from prostate tissues or tumors. Prostate tissues or tumors were harvested and processed for RNA isolation and transcriptome analysis using the MagMAX RNA isolation kit (Ambion).
