Overall design |
CRISPR-Cas9-generated knockout HAP1 cells for CHD3 and SENP1 compared to HAP1 control cell line were profiled for changes in transcriptome-wide expression using RNA-seq. Three biological replicates were used for RNA sequencing, where 150 bp PE-reads were obtained using Illumina Hiseq 4000 sequencer
