Title |
Gene expression analysis of dengue-infected cells |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
We use RNA-seq on mRNA to identify genes that are differential expressed in human cells following dengue virus infection
|
|
|
Overall design |
mRNA from mock- and dengue-infected cells was purified and subjected to RNA-seq analysis. For dengue-infected cells, a MOI of 3 was used to ensure near 100% infection rate.
