Overall design |
Global transcriptomic characterization of the effects of Ets1 knockdown in SCC25 Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma cells was performed via RNA-Seq Analysis. The knockdown of ETS1 was performed using transient siRNA based approach as well as stable cell lines were generated with targeted shRNA. As controls, we used SCC25 cells transduced with siRNAs and shRNAs with non-silencing control hairpin sequences that do not match any known mammalian genes and hence are not expected to not target any gene product.
