Title The Molecular Dissection of the Oncogenic Role of ETS1 in the Mesenchymal Subtypes of Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma [RNA-seq Cell lines]
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary RNA-Sequencing Analysis was performed on 7 Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma Cells Lines in order to examine their overall gene expression profiles.

Overall design In order to understand the transcriptomic heterogeneity that exists between different Head and Neck Squamous Carcinoma (HNSCC) Cell Line Models, RNA-Seq analysis was performed on a cohort of 7 different cell lines. These profiles were assessed for their overall variance in gene expression profile via unsupervised clustering analysis and were shown to match established intrinsic subtypes of HNSCC such as the Atypical, Basal and Mesenchymal classes of tumors.
