Summary |
The aim of the dataset was to demonstrate that CD4low T cells were murine homolog of CD4lowHLA-G+ T cells by comparing the expression profiles of CD4lowHLA-G+ T cells in prostate cancer (PCa) patients to those of CD4low T cells in PCa mouse models.

Overall design |
mRNA profiles of CD4lowHLA-G+ T cells isolated from PCa patients with androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) and naïve CD4+ T cells derived from healthy donors (HD) as controls were generated by deep sequencing, in duplicate, using Illumina HiSeq X Tten. mRNA of CD4low T cells isolated from castrated TRAMP mice and naive CD4+ T cells derived from wild-type mice as controls were sequenced, in duplicate,using Illumina HiSeq X Tten.To determine whether CD4low T cells were murine homolog of CD4lowHLA-G+ T cells,the expression profiles of CD4lowHLA-G+ T cells and CD4low T cells were compared.
