Summary |
Ezh2 encodes the catalytic subunit of the polycomb repressive complex 2 epigenetic regulator. Its ablation in the adrenal cortex results in profound alterations of adrenal homeostasis. We used microarrays to analyse gene expression in response to Ezh2 gene ablation.
