Summary |
GFP+ leukemia arising in young adult zebrafish (6 month) were FACS-purified for RNA extraction and hybridization on Affymetrix microarrays. Two zebrafish ALL models included in this study, hMYC;GFP and hlk line, to investigate differences and similarities of leukemia arising in animals with different genetic background.
