Title Transcriptomic profile of the retinal ganglion cell type J-RGC in Tbr1 KO and control mice

Summary The goal of this experiment is to identify genes with altered expression in Tbr1 mutant J-RGCs.
 
Overall design J-RGCs were labeled with Green Fluorescent Protein using a J-RGC specific transgenic line and isolated by flow cytometry. 5 samples from 4 control animals (JRGC_WT_2 and JRGC_WT_3 are from the same animal) and 6 samples from 4 mutant animals (JRGC_KO_1 and JRGC_KO_2 are from the same animal, JRGC_KO_3 and JRGC_KO_4 are from the same animal) were collected. RNA was extracted and libraries prepared for Illumina sequencing.
