Title Vascular organoids differentiation from human induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSC)
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary We have established a vascular organoid culture system with self-assembled endothelial networks that are covered by a basement membrane and pericytes. CD31+ endothelial cells, and CD140b positive pericytes were FACS sorted and RNA-seq was performed.

Overall design CD31+ endothelial cells and CD140b+ pericytes from early formed vascular networks (d10) and vascular organoids (d14) were used for RNA -seq.
