Title |
Effects of Sphingosine 1-Phosphate on Gene Expression in C3H10T1/2 Cells via RNA-seq |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
RNA sequencing was used to evaluate genes regulated in C3H10T1/2 cells by the G protein-coupled receptor agonist sphingosine 1-phosphate.
|
|
|
Overall design |
Cells were treated with an optimized concentration (5 micromolar) of sphingosine 1-phosphate for 24 hours, at which time RNA was isolated and sequenced.
