Title |
RNA-seq analysis of aortic heart valves in mice |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
In order to asses differences between expression profiles of postnatal and adult mice, RNA-sequencing was performed on RNA from postnatal day 2 and 4 month old murine aortic valves.
|
|
|
Overall design |
6 samples were analyzed: 3 replicates of the postnatal day 2 timepoint and 3 replicates of the 4 month timepoint. Differential expression was ranked based on false discovery rate (<0.1) and fold change (>2).
