Title RNA-seq analysis of aortic heart valves in mice
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary In order to asses differences between expression profiles of postnatal and adult mice, RNA-sequencing was performed on RNA from postnatal day 2 and 4 month old murine aortic valves.

Overall design 6 samples were analyzed: 3 replicates of the postnatal day 2 timepoint and 3 replicates of the 4 month timepoint. Differential expression was ranked based on false discovery rate (<0.1) and fold change (>2).
