Summary |
We hypothesized that DKK3 may exert oncogenic function supecifically in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC). DKK3 knockdown in HNSCC cell resulted in decreased cellular proliferation, migration, invasion and in vivo tumor growth.
