Title |
Microarray analysis of liver biopsies at baseline and after one year follow up from 21 patients with histologically proven NASH (responders, bariatric surgery). |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by array
|
Summary |
We used microarray analysis to study the global program of gene expression in the liver of 21 patients with histologically proven NASH who had an improvement in disease activity, including a decrease of lobular inflammation and/or ballooning, one year after Roux-en-Y gastric bypass.
