Summary |
We report the application of RNA sequencing technology for high-throughput profiling of transcriptome in mammalian cells. By this method, we report that the CD45+ EPC transcriptome resembled that of MDSCs. Mechanistically, like MDSCs, production of reactive oxygen species is a major mechanism for EPC-mediated immunosuppression.
