Title Transcript analysis of CD45+Ter119+CD71+ erythroid-like progenitor cells from tumor-bearing mice

Summary We report the application of RNA sequencing technology for high-throughput profiling of transcriptome in mammalian cells. By this method, we report that the CD45+ EPC transcriptome resembled that of MDSCs. Mechanistically, like MDSCs, production of reactive oxygen species is a major mechanism for EPC-mediated immunosuppression.
 
Overall design Examination of CD45+Ter119+CD71+ suppressive immune cell types in comparison to 3 cell types, 3 pathological/physiological status.
